As a result of the final auction stage, 8 investment lots were sold within the Jyrgalan resort area. In total, 39 land plots were sold throughout the three stages of the auction.
Investors were offered land plots designated for the construction of hotels of various categories, apartment complexes, restaurants, and other tourism and engineering infrastructure facilities.

On May 15, Ala-Too Resort OJSC signed an agreement with the Russian company LLC "RDI "ENGPRO" for the development of design documentation for the construction of ski slopes and infrastructure of the future resort in Jyrgalan.

agreement on experience exchange was reached. Under this agreement, specialists selected

The boundaries of the large facility, with a total area of **3.87 acres (156.6 sotoks)**,

meeting in Cholpon-Ata,
dedicated to the progress of preparatory work for the construction of the
all-season «Ala-Too Resort» cluster.
The meeting was attended by the heads of relevant ministries and departments.
The Head of State listened to detailed reports from responsible officials on the progress
of design and the initial stages of implementation.
In particular, the Minister of Energy reported on the power supply schemes for the resort,
and the Ministers of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Transport reported

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 331, the State Enterprise «Kyrgyz Courchevel» is officially renamed to State Enterprise «Ala-Too Resort» under the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Simultaneously, the project itself underwent
rebranding —
the "Three Peaks" ski cluster will henceforth be promoted under the unified brand "Ala-Too
Resort".
What this means:
🔹The organizational and legal form of the enterprise remains unchanged.
🔹All property and non-property rights and obligations are retained in full.

Auction for the alienation of state-owned land plots for investment projects within the framework of «Ala-Too Resort»
In accordance with Resolution No. 326 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 9, 2025, the Procedure for the alienation of state-owned land plots for the purpose of implementing national investment projects and projects of state importance has been approved.

Read more...As part of the construction of the bypass road to the «Ala-Too Resort» resort, work on relocating the power lines passing through the village of Jyrgalan has been fully completed.
Due to the road expansion, the relocation of power line poles began exactly one month ago. As of today, the poles have been installed 3–4 meters (about 10–13 feet) further from their former position on both sides of the road. As a result, the residents of Jyrgalan, whose number exceeds one thousand people, and who previously were left without electricity during the daytime, will now be provided with uninterrupted power supply. All subscribers are connected to electricity meters.
Meanwhile, on the territory where the «Ala-Too Resort» will be built, the construction of a 35/10 kV substation is actively underway. Preparatory work on clearing the site for the energy facility began ten days ago.

Specialists conducted geodesic measurements and inspected the locations where the supports will be installed. Following the site visit, the decision was made to continue the project implementation. In the Ak-Suu district of Issyk-Kul region, work has intensified on the design and construction of an alternative road from the village of Jyrgalan to the "Ala-Too Resort" ski resort. Currently, the ski cluster, together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, has begun laying a new road with a length of 8 km (about 5 miles).
It will serve as an alternative route from the village of Jyrgalan to the "Ala-Too Resort" ski resort. Currently, the expansion of previously used mountain trails is underway, and a gravel-sand mixture is being laid on them. As of today, the laying of crushed stone has been completed on a 1 km (about 0.62 miles) stretch of the road. Simultaneously with the expansion of the route, work is underway on relocating high-voltage power lines. More than 10 units of equipment and teams of specialists are involved.
