Excavation of the foundation pit for the main 5-star hotel belonging to the "Ala-Too Resort" has begun.

The boundaries of the large facility, with a total area of approximately **3.87 acres** (156.6 sotoks), were finalized by the State Enterprise "Ala-Too Resort" on September 6, 2025. Construction of other hotels, VIP cottages, and modular houses in the Jyrgalan Peak area of the Ak-Suu district will now begin soon.

It should be recalled that out of 49 lots put up for auction in July, winners for 14 lots have been determined. All of these were won by local investors.

Currently, construction of the cable car is also underway in the resort area, and the foundations for the supports have been completely laid. At the same time, the construction of roads, water supply facilities, and wastewater treatment plants continues.
