АOJSC “Ala-Too Resort” Expands International Cooperation

The Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC “Ala-Too Resort”, Zharkynbek Maksutov, held a working meeting with Xavier Gallot-Lavallée, President of the French company Montagne et Neige Développement (MND), one of the global leaders in technologies and infrastructure solutions for ski resorts.

During the meeting, Zharkynbek Maksutov presented to the French side the All-Season Mountain Cluster “Ala-Too Resort” project, outlining its concept, scale, and key areas of development. In particular, the discussion covered the development of modern tourism infrastructure, the implementation of advanced engineering solutions, as well as ensuring the safety and sustainable operation of the resort.

The French side reviewed the project concept, its scale, and investment potential. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of modern snowmaking systems, avalanche protection solutions, and the development of related infrastructure.

Representatives of MND expressed their interest in participating in the project implementation and highlighted the high potential of the Kyrgyz Republic as a promising destination for the development of ski tourism.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to continue dialogue and further explore potential areas of cooperation.
