ОJSC “Ala-Too Resort” and Magic Trading Company LTD Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

Joint Stock Company “Ala-Too Resort” and Magic Trading Company LTD (People’s Republic of China) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation.

The document is aimed at developing cooperation in the field of digitalization of tourism and ski resort infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties expressed their intention to exchange experience and expertise, as well as to jointly develop modern digital solutions for ski resorts.

The memorandum was signed by Chairman of the Management Board of ОJSC “Ala-Too Resort” Zharkynbek Maksutov and Regional Director of Magic Trading Company LTD, Wang Jun.

The signed memorandum is of a framework nature and does not imply any financial obligations for the parties. The implementation of specific projects may be carried out on the basis of separate agreements that may be concluded in the future.

JSC “Ala-Too Resort” considers cooperation with international partners as an important step toward the development of a modern and competitive ski resort infrastructure in the country.
