The State Enterprise "Ala-Too Resort" will exchange experience with the Manzherok Resort in the Altai Republic.

The Director of the enterprise, Zharkynbek Maksutov, held a video meeting with Valery Efremov, Deputy Manager of the Manzherok Resort, during which they discussed sending 10 specialists (snow groomer operators) for training to the Altai Republic at the end of October.

Prior to this, "Ala-Too Resort" will announce a competition for the selection of snow groomer operators — specialists in operating equipment that shapes ski trails — to participate in the experience exchange program.

In the first stage, the specialists will undergo theoretical training on equipment operation, and in the second stage, which will take place in February 2026, they will master practical skills in operating equipment and preparing ski trails.

It should be noted that concrete work for the construction of the cable car at the "Ala-Too Resort" will be fully completed in October. And in early September, the boundaries of the plots in the Jyrgalan Peak area of the Ak-Suu district were determined for the start of construction of 5* hotels, VIP cottages, and modular houses.
