Ala-Too Resort Announces the Launch of the Third and Final Stage of the Auction

OJSC Ala-Too Resort announces the launch of the third and final stage of the land auction as part of the implementation of the Ala-Too Resort resort zone project, located in the Han-Teniri aiyl aimak of Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region.

A total of 19 lots have been put up for auction, including land plots designated for the construction of tourism and infrastructure facilities within the Jyrgalan resort area. These plots are intended for the development of hotels of various categories, apartments, and restaurants.

The auction will be held in an open online format on the electronic trading platform of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic: https://auctionetp.gov.kg

Local and foreign investors, representatives of construction companies, entrepreneurs in the tourism and hospitality sectors, as well as legal entities and individuals, are invited to participate.

Following the results of the previous two stages of the auction, 31 out of 50 offered lots were successfully sold, demonstrating strong investor interest and the high demand for the project.

The Ala-Too Resort project is one of the largest tourism development projects in Central Asia and is aimed at advancing the tourism industry, attracting investment, and creating new jobs.
