About the "Ala-Too Resort" Enterprise
Enterprise Goals:
- Fulfilling the functions of the national operator of the state-significant project "Ala-Too Resort All-Season Mountain Cluster" and implementing national investment projects.
- Creating favorable conditions for all-season mountain tourism.
- Reconstruction, development, and operation of mountain and other types of tourism facilities.
- Attracting investment into the development of the tourism sector.
Main Objectives:
- Designing, constructing, and operating engineering and tourist facilities throughout the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic using budget, investment, and other funds.
- Developing urban planning documentation and design solutions jointly with international experts and foreign companies.
- Implementing energy-saving technologies and utilizing modern materials in the construction and operation of tourism infrastructure.
Functions:
- Ordering the design and construction of tourist facilities, including national projects of state significance.
- Concluding agreements with investors, financial institutions, and international organizations for project implementation.
- Approving schedules for the preparation of design and estimate documentation.
- Ensuring the timing and quality of construction and reconstruction of facilities, as well as monitoring compliance with building codes and standards.
- Organizing managerial control over construction work and commissioning the facilities.
- Attracting external and internal investments and resources for the development of tourism infrastructure.
- Interacting with non-governmental organizations and civil society on issues of construction and operation of tourist facilities.
