SE "Kyrgyz Courchevel" and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic to engage in joint personnel training

Today, February 5, 2025, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Courchevel" under the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. The memorandum was signed by the enterprise's director Zharkynbek Maksutov and the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva.

The document formalizes the agreements between the parties in the field of personnel training for ski tourism, their education, professional development, as well as attracting local specialists to the "Three Peaks" ski cluster.

The agreement provides for joint activities aimed at developing professional competencies in the field of ski tourism, implementing international standards for resort infrastructure management, and executing educational programs that meet the current requirements of the tourism industry.

Special attention is paid to issues of environmental sustainability, the application of ESG standards, and international safety norms, including International Organization for Standardization, EN — European Standards.

The document outlines the organization of professional retraining courses, the development of specialized educational programs, including directions in resort management, ropeway engineering, sports management, water supply, sewage treatment facilities, and others. The parties intend to implement international cooperation programs, including internships, academic exchanges, and the attraction of foreign specialists to the educational processes.
