Representatives of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan Highly Appreciate the Ala-Too Resort Project

OJSC “Ala-Too Resort” held a meeting with representatives of ethnic public organizations of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the event, the Chairman of the Board of OJSC “Ala-Too Resort”, Zharkynbek Maksutov, presented the all-season mountain cluster project “Ala-Too Resort” and provided detailed information on the second stage of the land plot auction.

During the presentation, participants were introduced to the large-scale concept of the project, which is being implemented in the Issyk-Kul region and covers three key areas — Jyrgalan, Ak-Bulak, and Boz-Uchuk. The project is state-led and aims to create the largest ski resort cluster in Central Asia, with a total length of ski slopes of approximately 250 kilometers.
Particular attention was given to the development of modern tourism infrastructure. The project envisions the construction of hotels of various categories, ethnic villages, restaurants, as well as the development of engineering networks, ropeways, and other key facilities.

Zharkynbek Maksutov also elaborated on the second stage of the auction, within which land plots are offered to investors for the construction of tourism and commercial facilities. It was noted that the project is open to both domestic and foreign investors.
Participants of the meeting were given the opportunity to ask all their questions. In particular, discussions covered lot pricing, land plot parameters, the list of planned facilities, infrastructure solutions, and state support measures for investors.

It was emphasized that the implementation of the project will create thousands of jobs, increase tourist inflow, and become an important driver of the region’s socio-economic development. According to estimates, the resort will be able to accommodate up to 2 million tourists per year.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue format and became another step in raising public awareness and attracting investors to the implementation of the Ala-Too Resort project.
