The "Ala-Too Resort" was discussed at a meeting in Istanbul.

An offsite meeting of Kyrgyz-Turkish entrepreneurs was held in the capital of Turkey, attended by Zharkynbek Maksutov, Director of the State Enterprise "Ala-Too Resort." A broad presentation of the "Ala-Too Resort," which is set to become one of the largest tourist complexes in Central Asia, was made at the event, which was attended by representatives of the leading construction companies of the two countries.

Local and foreign investors expressed interest in the project, which consists of three stages, and emphasized the need for joint steps to implement the ski cluster with great tourism potential.

In mid-October 2025, representatives of several Turkish companies expressed their desire to come to Kyrgyzstan. They plan to visit the Khan-Teñiri rural district of the Ak-Suu district of Issyk-Kul region and inspect the territory in Jyrgalan, where the "Ala-Too Resort" will be built, on-site. The offsite meeting of entrepreneurs was organized by the International Association of Builders of Kyrgyzstan.

The event was attended by Aynura Sagyn, Chairwoman of the Association, Temir Sariev, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representatives of about 20 Kyrgyz construction companies, and more than 10 Turkish businessmen.
