Since the start of construction of the "Ala-Too Resort," the village of Jyrgalan has begun to develop.

The village of Jyrgalan in the Ak-Suu district remained neglected for a long time, with some buildings constructed during the Soviet years starting to collapse. Now, however, those who left the village are returning, and the number of tourists arriving has begun to grow.

According to local residents, the reason for this is the start of construction of a resort, unique to Central Asia, that unites majestic mountain peaks. While only mountain tourism enthusiasts came here before, this year, as the village closest to the resort, Jyrgalan has seen an increase in land prices, as well as interest in buying abandoned houses.

It should be recalled that in early September, construction began on the main 5-star hotel belonging to the "Ala-Too Resort" in Jyrgalan Peak. Construction of other hotels, VIP cottages, and modular houses will also begin soon.
