Selection for vacant positions for the ropeway completed

Open Joint Stock Company Ala-Too Resort announces the completion of the competitive selection of candidates for employment at the Jyrgalan site of the all-season mountain cluster Ala-Too Resort.
The competition for vacant positions was announced on February 20, 2026. Applications were accepted until March 15, 2026.
During this period, more than 200 applications were received. Following the initial screening, 60 candidates met the qualification requirements, of whom 20 were selected based on interview results.

The in-person stage of the selection process took place on March 24–25 in the city of Karakol. A total of 45 candidates who had passed the preliminary stage participated.
The evaluation of candidates was carried out by a selection committee consisting of 9 members, including representatives of OJSC Ala-Too Resort, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul Region Ainura Sultanbaeva, and Deputy Akim of Ak-Suu District of Issyk-Kul Region Gulzat Suranchieva.

Currently, final verification of the candidates’ documents is underway. The final decision on enrollment will be made within 3–4 days.
As a result of the competition, 20 candidates will be sent for training and internship. The training will be organized by Doppelmayr within the framework of the agreement on the construction of ropeways.

The program is aimed at preparing specialists for operation, technical maintenance, and control of the ropeway.
The training period will last until the end of April 2026. During the training, participants will be provided with accommodation, meals, and training.

The following positions were announced within the competition:
🔹- Head of Ropeway — 1 position;
🔹- Machine Operator — 12 positions;
🔹- Maintenance Technician (Patrol Mechanic) — 3 positions;
🔹- Electronics Specialist — 3 positions;
🔹- Hydraulic Mechanic — 1 position.

The selection process was conducted in two stages:
1. Document screening — assessment of compliance with qualification requirements;
2. In-person interview — assessment of professional and personal competencies of candidates.
