Central Asia's largest resort, "Ala-Too Resort," will be staffed by specialists trained at local educational institutions.

A meeting between representatives of the State Enterprise "Ala-Too Resort" under the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz Technical University took place as part of planned cooperation. The event was attended by the directors and faculty of the Institutes of Construction, Architecture, the Higher School of Logistics, the Institute of Energy, the Higher School of Economics and Business, as well as the Department of "Technical Machines."

The team, which trains specialists for technical industries, was presented with the "Ala-Too Resort" project and provided with full information about the largest recreational facility, which is being built on such a scale in Central Asia for the first time. Zharkynbek Maksutov, Head of the "Ala-Too Resort" State Enterprise, proposed to start training specialists now for future employment at the facility, which will strengthen the country's tourism potential and attract tourists from all over the world.

This cooperation creates conditions for qualified personnel who are citizens of the country to work at the resort, which is designed for year-round operation. As part of the partnership, the parties discussed proposals for developing educational programs to train specialists in the fields of ropeway engineering support (the first phase of construction has already begun), sports management, energy, and other areas.

Agreements were also reached on conducting professional retraining courses and organizing experience exchange.
