OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Ala-Too Resort — the new name for the state mountain resort initiative of Kyrgyzstan.

Based on Resolution No. 331 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Courchevel" is officially renamed the State Enterprise "Ala-Too Resort" under the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Simultaneously, the project itself has undergone rebranding — the "Three Peaks" mountain cluster will now be promoted under the unified brand "Ala-Too Resort."

What this means:
🔹 The organizational and legal form of the enterprise remains unchanged.
🔹 All property and non-property rights and obligations are fully retained.
🔹 The "Ala-Too Resort" Enterprise is the direct legal successor of "Kyrgyz Courchevel."

The Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is carrying out, in the established manner:
legal re-registration with the Ministry of Justice, updating of all documentation (seals, bank details, tax data, etc.).

Why "Ala-Too Resort"?
The renaming reflects the strategic goals of the project:
🔹 strengthening international recognition,
🔹 a unified tourism brand,
🔹 promotion of Kyrgyzstan as an all-season destination.

The "Ala-Too Resort" project encompasses: infrastructure construction (cable cars, hotels, ethno-towns, SPA complexes), tourism development in the eastern part of the Issyk-Kul province, implementation of a world-scale investment program.
