The third and final stage of the land auction held as part of the implementation of the “Ala-Too Resort” project has been successfully completed.

As a result of the final auction stage, 8 investment lots were sold within the Jyrgalan resort area. In total, 39 land plots were sold throughout the three stages of the auction.

Investors were offered land plots designated for the construction of hotels of various categories, apartment complexes, restaurants, and other tourism and engineering infrastructure facilities.

The sale of these lots will attract additional investment into the development of the resort and facilitate the creation of new tourism-related facilities and services.

At the same time, the construction of key infrastructure within the future resort area is actively progressing.

Works are currently underway on the development of water supply and wastewater systems, construction of wastewater treatment facilities, expansion of energy infrastructure, and the installation of ropeway systems.

To date, two ropeways with a total length exceeding 4 kilometers have already been completed and are ready for operation. Construction of four additional ropeways has now commenced.

Simultaneously, the design and planning of the first ski slopes of the future resort are ongoing. The opening of the first phase of the “Ala-Too Resort” project is scheduled for December 2026.
