Auction for the alienation of state-owned land plots for investment projects within "Ala-Too Resort"

In accordance with Resolution No. 326 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 9, 2025, the Procedure for the alienation of state-owned land plots for the purpose of implementing national investment projects and projects of national importance has been approved.

Within this mechanism, the state project "All-Season Mountain Cluster 'Ala-Too Resort'" provides an opportunity for legal and physical entities, including foreign investors, to acquire land plots at auction for the construction of hotels, restaurants, and related tourism infrastructure facilities.

📌 Key conditions:
The auction will be open, transparent, and available online;
Enterprises, foreign and domestic companies, and individual investors can participate;
Auction winners are obliged to complete construction and put the facilities into operation within 2 years from the date of concluding the agreement.
